 This  provides in   Column 1.  The Surname  of the deceased,
Column 2.  Their Christian Names, including in parenthesis
the number of  burials recorded on the
memorial.  ( Not necessarily the number of burials in the grave )

Column 3.  Year of death.   ( If recorded )
Column 4.  Age at death.  ( If recorded )
Column 5.  Grave number.

Part 2  :  The Memorial Inscription.

 This has been transcribed with a” / “ at the end of each line as transcribed from the original monument. This is to save space and cost.

 Example.
